In addition to an update on all of the exciting initiatives that the WIN Committee has been working on this year and the inaugural presentation of the “Neurointerventional Pioneer Award”, we have an inspiring and groundbreaking guest speaker lined up to motivate all in attendance.
“The Drive to Win: Life Lessons from the Racetrack”
Julia Landauer is a two-time champion racecar driver, motivational keynote speaker, and entrepreneur. A New York City native, Julia made history at age 14 as the first and youngest female champion of the Skip Barber Racing Series. Her career has spanned many racing series, including becoming the first woman to win a NASCAR Track Championship at Motor Mile Speedway, competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, and setting a record-breaking 5th-place finish in the NASCAR Euro Series—the highest for an American in the series. She most recently raced part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
A Stanford University graduate with a degree in Science, Technology, and Society, she launched her motivational speaking career with a TEDx Talk and has since worked with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and conferences worldwide. Her insights bridge the worlds of racing, technology, and community, offering fresh perspectives on high-performance leadership.
Julia also founded FrontRunner, a boutique advisory and coaching firm, and hosts her podcast, If I’m Honest with Julia Landauer. Today, she’s a member of NASCAR’s Strategy & Innovation team, helping shape the future of the sport.
